Place the puppy training pad on the Poo-Pee-Do and put a few drops of toiletry trainer on it. This way, you make it clear to your dog that the Poo-Pee-Do is the place to relieve itself. If he is used to this, you can always reduce the size of the puppy training pad and eventually completely omit it.
