HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ITS DESTINATION?

We aim to deliver your parcel within 10 working days after ordering at the address you have given us. In exceptional circumstances, it may also take longer for your parcel to arrive. If you have any questions about your order, you can always visit  in**@ee**.be  .

 

I DO NOT LIVE IN BELGIUM. CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Packages can also be delivered outside Belgium. Depending on the location, custom shipping costs will be charged. You will be informed of this in advance.

 

CAN I PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD?

You can pay by Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, iDeal or a traditional bank transfer.

 

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL AN ORDER?

You can do this by sending an email to  in**@ee**.be  as soon as possible after ordering. If your parcel is already on its way, the amount paid will be refunded after you have returned the parcel in good condition.

 

WHAT IF I DO NOT LIKE A PURCHASE UPON RECEIPT?

This is no problem at all. You can cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the article by sending an email to  in**@ee**.be . You can also do this by letter. Then send the product back in its original packaging, undamaged and unused within 14 days after your mail or letter. You will then receive a refund of the original purchase price for this product. Please note that there are handling costs and you bear the cost of returning the goods yourself.

 

WHAT IF MY PURCHASE WAS DAMAGED BEFORE DELIVERY?

Before shipment, the ordered products are carefully checked. It is important that you check the condition of your purchase immediately upon receipt. If a product is damaged, you can report this within 5 working days after receipt by e-mail. You can add a photo to show the damage. We will contact you as soon as possible.

 

CAN I PERSONALIZE A PRODUCT?

We also do customization. A separate quotation is always made for this purpose. You can ask your question via  in**@ee**.be  .

 

HOW IS THE PARCEL SHIPPED?

You can choose between two possible shipping methods:

– Either you have the parcel delivered by post to a specified address.

– Either you have the parcel delivered to a post office or to an automatic parcel machine. Here you can pick up the package yourself later.

For a delivery outside Belgium, a rate is currently automatically calculated according to the destination country.

 

DO I GET AN INVOICE?

When you order, you will receive proof of your order and possible payment. When you receive your order, you will find the invoice in your package.
If something goes wrong, you can always report it via  in**@ee**.be  .
